This website offers a range of information about Italian vegetable and herb seed including growing tips and recipes so that you can indeed "grow your own Italian ingredients". I have provided some guidelines below to help you make your purchase. Please let me know if you encounter problems so that they can be addressed. My Account allows password protected, once only entry of your name, address etc that will be held in confidence and available for use whenever you return to the site and sign in. When you sign in you can access your information  under "View Order Status", "Completed Orders", "Your Account Details" (where you can change password etc), "Your Recent Items" etc. Please create an account to take advantage of these services. You can use the website as a guest but your details will not be retained and when you buy again you will have to re-enter your address etc.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use our secure website to pay by credit card you will receive an email stating awaiting payment. Your payment will be processed manually within a few days and then your credit card details will be deleted.

Ordering on the website

1. Chose the category of the product you wish to order and scroll down to view the varieties and go to the second page if necessary.

2. Click on the image to see further details of the variety or place one packet in your shopping cart directly by clicking on "add to your cart"

3. If you chose to see further details you can chose the number of packets and then go to the shopping cart by clicking "ADD TO YOUR CART"

4. Continue shopping by selecting a category and following points 2-3.

5. When you have selected the seed you wish to purchase, click "PROCEED TO THE CHECKOUT"

6. Chose either "Register an account" or "Checkoput as guest" or log in if you have previously registered an account.

7. Follow through the Billing Details, Shipping Details, Shipping Method and Order Cofirmation where you can chose to pay by PayPal, credit card, electric funds transfer (EFT) or by cheque.

8. Your order will normally be processed within three days of being placed for PayPal and credit cards, and within three days of the funds being received by EFT or cheque.

The site has a stock control system that does not allow the ordering of seed that is not in stock. I will try to indicate when additional stock will be available so that you can revisit to order when the seed is available.
