Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if we have made a mistake in filling your order. We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world but there are Franchi Sementi agents in many countries around the world. For further information click here.

Note that there are  quarantine or customs restrictions on the import of seeds to most countries and within Australia. For the Australian States and Territories any restrictions are noted on the product description page, but for shipping to destinations outside Australia, the responsibility for checking that seeds can be imported rests solely with the customer and The Italian Gardener does not accept any liability for orders that are denied entry.

When you place an order for delivery within Australia, you can chose between normal or express delivery. International deliveries are sent registered air mail.
