Product Description
Aniseed is grown mainly for its seed which has a sweet and distincive taste and is used to flavour French pastis, greek ouzo and Turkish arak. It is also used for a variety of culinary uses in bread, cakes and sweets. Sow seeds in early spring into pots or punnets. Germination tales 1-2 weeks. Plant seedlings in well-drained soil in sun or partial shade.
