Product Description
A relative of the artichoke but in this case it is the fleshy stems that are eaten. Sow under cover in early spring; transplant or sow direct into fertile, well-drained soil after frost at 80cm spacing. Will produce for 3-4 years. Fleshy stems should be wrapped with paper 2 weeks before harvest to blanch.
