A large plant with consistent golden stalks and an excellent taste not found in commercial crops. Plant in seed boxes and keep warm for 2-3 weeks as germination is slow. 85 days or so to maturity, and can be blanched by excluding light with cardboard in the weeks prior to harvest the stalks.
