"Giant parsley of Naples". Parsley is one of the most popular and versatile culinary herbs, and can be grown in containers or in the garden. This is a tall, aromatic plant with good-sized, indented leaves which re-grows on cutting. Grow in abundance and treat yourself to taboulli.

Sow 0.5 to 1cm deep in seed beds or direct in spring and winter for an all year round supply. It is slow to germinate (up to 2-3 weeks) so keep moist and be patient. Seed can be soaked in water prior to planting to speed the process. Space plants at 25cm intervals. 75-80 days to picking.
