Product Description
San Marzano 2 is a plum tomato with elongate fruit around 80g, and ideally suited to make passata/sauce or canning. It is the one you normally get in your tin of Italian tomatoes. It is a mid-late, heavy producer requiring staking and also doubles as a good salad tomato although not very juicy. Organic seed also available.

EXCELLENT STRIKE RATE

We had an excellent strike rate with these seeds and they have produced well although I doubt any of the fruit has been 80gms but they didn't get special treatment and may have been over crowded. They seem to keep well. I would certainly try them again next year. Location South West Victoria
