Product Description

Late, creeping plant to 2m and a native of Australia and new Zealand first mentioned by Capt. Cook to ward off scurvey, and described and transported to Europe by Sir Joseph Banks. Leaves used as for spinach but must be cooked before use. Soak the seed for 12 hours in cold water and sow direct in loose, well-drained soil.
