Loading... Please wait...‘Italian Striped” has dark green fruit with light green stripes and light ribbing. It has an excellent taste with many flowers on a large, vigorous plant. A good producer and does well in cool weather. Good eating quality even when quite large, but best when picked small.
Plant 5-6 seeds, 2cm deep in an 20cm circle in ‘hills’ 1m apart, and thin to two or three. Space rows 2m apart. 55 days.

The best zuccini we have grown in 35 years with outstanding yield, vigour and mildew tolerence. It was still pushing out quality zuccini into the late autumn when all the other varieties had past the point of being able to produce marketable quality fruit
