These yellow carrots are the best.

The flavour and cooking quality of this carrot is very good. It's an excellent casserole carrot, keeps a firm shape and tastes sweet. But, it did well in a stir fry too. The seed germination was excellent, and they look just like the seed packet pic, but not quite so yellow. They cook up yellow, don't have any woody core. It's one of my favourite carrots to grow, along with Chantenay Red Core.
