“Early Roman cauliflower” is light green coloured and has attractive multiple pointed heads with incredible spirals that form amazing shapes. Has a sweet nut like taste.

 Not the easiest of the cabbage family to grow, but the end result is worth it. Plant out in fertile soil and keep well watered. 85-90 days from transplant. This variety does best in the autumn, although it can work in the spring. Space 45 cm apart. 5g about 1,600 seeds.
