excellent cut and grow again

I live on the NSW Vic border so we have relatively mild winters a few nights below zero and only a few frosts.
I grew two 2 one meter rows of this chicory and cut handfuls for each salad I made at about 5 cm above ground level. this incredibly productive plant regrew after cutting in a few weeks... for 12 months!
