Great Endive- easy to grow and tastes fantastic.

This is an endive worth growing. I had great results with so many of my seeds germinating. The endive has grown well and unlike curly endive is really easy to wash. It has a mild flavour- not bitter like some endives and chicories. I prefer it dressed simply with salt, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and a little balsamic vinegar. The best endive I have ever grown or eaten. Highly recommended.
