This is a French bush bean with glossy, dark green pods to 15cm, delicious flavour and copes well with hot and wet conditions.

Sow in spring when soil temperature is above 16 degrees in rows 40cm apart with seed 10cm apart a well prepared bed or pot. Plant more seed when the first planting flowers to have continuous cropping. Plant about 2.5cm deep in full sun in well drained fertile, pH neutral soil. When the crop is ready it should be picked every couple of days or so to encourage continued cropping. Can be interplanted with sweet corn. Plant from mid-October until early January.
