The juicy crunchy leaves are of medium thickness. Also known as Tuscany, Pesciatina comes from the province of Lucca. It has a voluminous and compact head and leaves typically sprinkled with "bubbles", of a color tending to dark red and purple. Crunchy and meaty, it is the classic lettuce that satisfies: if you are on a diet, take advantage!
