Called mountain celery in Italian, lovage grows somewhat like parsley.

It has a great celery taste without the hassle of growing celery. The leaves can be used in salads, soups, stews, stir-fries and potato dishes. A hardy perennial with ribbed stalks like celery and can grow to 2x2m. Up to 25 days to germinate above 17degrees plant at max 1cm depth.
