Radicchio red orchid is a spectacular early red chicory with a rosette shaped head and can be used in salads as well as cooking. Does well in spring and autumn although cold weather is necessary to obtain a very deep red, but is one of the easiest red chicories to grow. Plant any time for baby leaves for salad. 

 Please note that heading chicories and radicchios initially form a mass of loose leaves that will head up with time. 8g about 4000 seeds.
