Beware calcium deficiency

A great and prolific tomato year after year making excellent passata, relish and even semi-dried. A little prone to blossom end rot in the fruit in early and late stages so will benefit from a calcium supplement in the soil or sprayed on. Am going to prepare bed with egg shells next year and see if that works.
